Qualifications:
- Positive working attitude.
- Ability to lease apartments.
- Ability to work independently and as a team member.
- Be Organized-Capable of providing outstanding customer service and handling resident concerns and matter with ability to create win-win situations.
- Pass a background check and be able to be bonded (insurable). The Resident Manager will be responsible for but not limited to:
- Process applications for apartment including pre-qualifying and selection.
- Supervising maintenance/Payroll
- Marketing
- Maintaining community collection efforts on a weekly basis to achieve less than 2% delinquents.
- Processing all accounts payable in a timely manner.
- Property inspections.
