Exempt Why This Job? $61,800-$65,000 annual salary (DOE) Monthly performance bonuses based on leasing, renewals, and resident satisfaction $50/month cell phone stipend 25% onsite housing discount (if applicable) Utilities, internet, and parking included with onsite housing Lead an established apartment community with autonomy and support Growth opportunities with a company that promotes from within What You'll Do Oversee all day-to-day operations of the apartment community Drive occupancy, resident retention, and leasing performance Lead, coach, and develop onsite team members Manage resident relations and resolve concerns professionally Monitor rent collections, delinquencies, and resident files Oversee budgets, expenses, payroll, and reporting deadlines Conduct property inspections and ensure community standards are maintained Partner with maintenance staff to ensure timely completion of work orders Coordinate marketing efforts, resident events, and community outreach Respond to after-hours emergencies as needed Commute to central office for meetings as needed What We're Looking For 2+ years of property management experience 2+ years of supervisory or leadership experience Experience managing budgets and financial reporting Knowledge of Fair Housing and Landlord-Tenant laws Strong leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with Microsoft Office and property management software Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record required High school diploma or equivalent required About the Property Riverplace Apartment Homes offers residents a comfortable and convenient living experience in Oregon City.
