Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Residential Cleaning Supervisor to lead our cleaning teams and ensure exceptional service delivery. In this role, you will oversee daily operations, supervise staff, maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety, and foster a positive work environment. Your leadership will be key to maintaining our reputation for thoroughness and professionalism in residential cleaning. Duties Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of cleaning staff to ensure efficient operations and high-quality service Train new team members on cleaning procedures, safety regulations, and sanitation standards Monitor team performance, provide feedback, and motivate staff to meet or exceed company expectations Ensure all cleaning tasks—including residential sanitation, and detailed housekeeping—are completed thoroughly and on schedule Enforce safety protocols and maintain compliance with health regulations during all cleaning activities Conduct regular inspections of work sites to uphold cleanliness standards and address any issues promptly Communicate effectively with clients to address concerns, lead your team, and ensure customer satisfaction Requirements Proven experience in professional residential cleaning Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, sanitation practices, and safety regulations Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively and foster a collaborative environment Excellent communication skills for managing staff and interacting with clients Ability to supervise multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail Ability to lead and coach other team members Prior experience in professional residential cleaning management is a plus Valid driver's license with good driving history for transportation between job sites Join us to lead a dedicated team committed to delivering outstanding residential cleaning services!
