Merrimack Valley, MA Hours:

Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:00

PM Compensation:

$55-$60/hour

Type:

Temporary until at least December with potential to become permanent Interviews being schedule as early as this week One of our clients is hiring a Property Manager for an affordable housing community in the Merrimack Valley. For this search, affordable housing property management experience is required. We're looking for someone who has managed an affordable residential property and is comfortable overseeing compliance, occupancy, resident relations, and staff leadership.

Candidates should have:

Affordable housing property management experience Experience with affordable housing programs, compliance, and recertifications Experience with waitlists/occupancy, move-ins/move-outs, and resident issues Previous experience supervising and leading onsite staff Strong organization, compliance, and documentation skills A collaborative leadership style with the ability to delegate and support an experienced team Our client has an established onsite team in place and is looking for someone who can step in, provide strong leadership, keep operations running smoothly, and improve processes where needed.
