We are looking for a part-time Property Manager with experience in rent collections, leasing and overall customer service. You will be over seeing the daily operations of one smaller properties in Croswell, MI. The position works closely with the maintenance team to ensure turns, works orders and overall customer satisfaction is achieved. Any affordable housing experience is a plus as both properties have an affordable component to them. We WILL train the right candidate. To be considered for an immediate interview, we are looking for a candidate that has experience with: Possess time-management skills Be able to follow procedure and instruction Be able to work independently with the ability to produce high quality and quantity of work Provide friendly and courteous customers services to applicants. Must present a positive attitude and be team-oriented Maintain resident files in accordance with company policy & regulatory agency policy Assist with other tasks as needed Must be organized Must be proficient with computers minimum of 2 years' experience as a Property Manager or Leasing Consultant. Experience at managing people is a plus Training/managing on-site staff Excellent written and verbal communication skills Solid organizational skills including attention to detail, follow up and multi-tasking skills Ability to collect rents and small balances in a timely manner Promote resident activities Word Excel and basic computer skills Collection and delinquency control Budget awareness
