Job Summary We are seeking a compassionate, organized, and mission-driven Clubhouse Manager to lead the daily operations of our Beacon Clubhouse. This role supports a rehabilitation model where individuals living with mental illness can find purpose, community, and opportunities for growth. The Clubhouse Manager oversees programming and member engagement, ensuring a safe, inclusive, and empowering environment aligned with Clubhouse International Standards. Responsibilities Engage with community partners to educate on the Clubhouse model. Communicate across social media platforms (i.e. Facebook, Instagram,etc) to promote services and resources. Work closely with BTBHN Network Director. Facilitate the Clubhouse Advisory Committee. Work collaboratively with community partners. Ensuring policies and procedures are developed to support the Clubhouse. Supervise and support clubhouse staff and interns; provide coaching, training, and scheduling. Coordinate volunteers and activities to help support the Clubhouse. (Inform at time of interest, confidentiality agreement) Track necessary data to support clubhouse work. Manage budget. Provide oral and written reports as needed to BTBHN. Monitor other funding opportunities/sources. Apply for grants. Support day-to-day operations of the clubhouse. Addressing safety concerns in a timely manner. Foster a strengths-based, recovery-oriented environment where members are valued and involved in all aspects of clubhouse functioning. Shop for necessary items to support program. Qualifications Baccalaureate, associate's degree, or commensurate work experience. Experience in program development (early onset through implementation). Demonstrates group presentation skills and conducts productive meetings. Demonstrated leadership ability in a community-based or recovery-oriented setting. Excellent written & oral communication, organization, and time management skills. Familiarity with behavioral health, healthcare, and other community services. Grant writing experience preferred. Strong interpersonal communication skills. Ability to network/build relationships. Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and various virtual meeting platforms.
