Job Description

Brown Investment Properties is looking for a Aparmtent Property Manager for an apartment community in Carthage, NC.
Responsibilities:
  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the apartment complex, including leasing, maintenance, and tenant relations.
  • Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and other legal requirements.
  • Utilize property management software for efficient record-keeping.
  • Handle tenant inquiries, issues, and complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Coordinate marketing efforts to attract and retain tenants.
  • Collaborate with maintenance staff to address property maintenance needs effectively.
  • Weekend availability in rotation
REQUIRED
Drug screen, credit check and background check required of all candidates. EOE.
