Lead Communities. Build Trust. Own the Outcome. We are seeking a Community Property Manager to serve as the primary operational leader for a portfolio of condominium and homeowners associations. This is a trust-based role. You will be given clear authority, strong internal support, and the freedom to make routine decisions without constant supervision. In return, you will be expected to communicate proactively, exercise sound judgment, and take ownership of issues through resolution. What You'll Do Serve as the primary contact and trusted advisor for association boards. Oversee day-to-day community operations, including maintenance, vendors, compliance, finances, and resident concerns. Prepare for and attend board and membership meetings. Provide clear recommendations and help boards make informed decisions. Track open issues, commitments, deadlines, and follow-up. Review financial reports, budgets, variances, and delinquency trends. Coordinate repairs, proposals, vendors, and capital projects. Conduct property inspections and identify risks or recurring issues. Communicate professionally with board members, homeowners, residents, vendors, and internal teams. Escalate significant legal, financial, safety, structural, insurance, or governance concerns promptly. What Ownership Means You may delegate tasks, but you remain responsible for the result.
You should always know:
What is open. Who owns the next step. When follow-up is due. Where progress has stalled. What the board needs to know. What it will take to reach resolution. What Success Looks Like Strong board relationships. Timely and proactive communication. Reliable follow-through. Organized and effective meetings. Sound financial and operational judgment. Early identification of risk. Fewer recurring or unresolved issues. Consistent use of internal support resources. High client satisfaction and retention. Who We're Looking For You may be a strong fit if you: Take initiative and follow through. Communicate before clients have to ask. Make responsible decisions within clear authority. Stay organized across multiple priorities. Handle conflict calmly and professionally. Provide honest recommendations. Know when to act independently and when to escalate. Focus on solving the underlying problem, not just completing the task. Qualifications Experience in community association management, property management, operations, customer service, hospitality, or a related field. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Sound judgment and problem-solving ability. Strong organization and documentation habits. Ability to interpret budgets, contracts, policies, and governing documents. Ability to attend property visits and occasional evening meetings. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. CMCA credential preferred. Candidates without a current credential will be expected to obtain one after hire within one year. What We Offer Meaningful autonomy within clear expectations. Accessible leadership and specialized internal support. Training and professional development. A work environment focused on trust, accountability, and results. The opportunity to become a true operational leader for the communities you manage. Please submit your resume and a brief explanation of why a trust-based management role appeals to you. We are an equal opportunity employer.
