Job Description
Lead Communities. Build Trust. Own the Outcome. We are seeking a Community Property Manager to serve as the primary operational leader for a portfolio of condominium and homeowners associations. This is a trust-based role. You will be given clear authority, strong internal support, and the freedom to make routine decisions without constant supervision. In return, you will be expected to communicate proactively, exercise sound judgment, and take ownership of issues through resolution. What You'll Do Serve as the primary contact and trusted advisor for association boards. Oversee day-to-day community operations, including maintenance, vendors, compliance, finances, and resident concerns. Prepare for and attend board and membership meetings. Provide clear recommendations and help boards make informed decisions. Track open issues, commitments, deadlines, and follow-up. Review financial reports, budgets, variances, and delinquency trends. Coordinate repairs, proposals, vendors, and capital projects. Conduct property inspections and identify risks or recurring issues. Communicate professionally with board members, homeowners, residents, vendors, and internal teams. Escalate significant legal, financial, safety, structural, insurance, or governance concerns promptly. What Ownership Means You may delegate tasks, but you remain responsible for the result.
