we offer:

$45K-$55K/annually based on experience Monday-Friday — No Nights or Weekends Stable, Single-Site Position Paid Vacation, Sick Time & Holidays 401(k) with Company Matching Life Insurance Professional Growth Opportunities Supportive Ownership & Management Team In this role, you will: Keep the property in strong HUD compliance Maintain high occupancy Maintain strong rent collection and follow company procedures for delinquency management. Build positive relationships with residents Keep the property clean, safe, and well-maintained Develop a strong working relationship with the maintenance team Stay organized and prepared for HUD inspections Communicate effectively with ownership, vendors, and residents Qualifications 2+ years of property management experience required Experience with HUD required Experience with recertifications required for HUD-experienced applicants Knowledge of EIV and TRACS preferred Experience preparing for REAC or MOR inspections preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word Experience with OneSite or similar property management software preferred Strong organizational and communication skills Valid driver's license preferred Work Environment On-site office position. Daily walking of the property may be required.
