Evenings (1:45pm-10:15pm) and Oncall responsibilities can include other hours as needed to support the needs of the agency. As aDirect Support Supervisor, you'll be the vital link between great support and successful operations. You'llcoordinate and manage all program activities, ensuring we meet every regulatory requirement.
Your key responsibilities include:
Operational Management:
Coordinating and managing all program functionsto ensure smooth and effective service delivery.
Building and developing a great team:
Overseeinghiring, training, and schedulingof our dedicated Direct Support Professionals.
Ensuring seamless support:
Coordinating all appointments and activitiesfor the individuals we serve.
Maintaining excellence:
Keepingaccurate and compliant recordsof all operations.

Essential Foundations:

Required Certifications:
Current or immediate willingness to obtain certifications inCPRandMed Aide 40.
