What Youll DoPrepare accurate initial closing disclosures within established deadlinesCoordinate final residential mortgage closing documents and closing package deliveryWork directly with borrowers, Residential Loan Officers, closing agents, underwriters, appraisers, realtors, and vendors to collect final documentation and answer questionsConfirm and schedule closing dates while maintaining clear communication with all parties involvedReview closing agent data, verify invoices and fees, and ensure documentation is complete and accurateIdentify and resolve closing-related discrepancies, including documenting any required cure amountsVerify taxes are current and collect taxes due within required timeframesManage a closing pipeline by prioritizing time-sensitive disclosures and closing deadlinesWhat Were Looking ForHigh school diploma or equivalentSix to twelve months of residential loan processing, mortgage closing, loan operations, banking operations, or related training preferredStrong attention to detail with the ability to organize work, manage multiple priorities, and meet established deadlinesAbility to work independently, solve problems, and remain accurate in a high-volume environmentStrong customer service skills with professional verbal and written communicationComfort using standard desktop applications and learning job-specific systemsKnowledge of banking, residential lending, regulatory, or compliance practices preferred Why Join MVSBAt MVSB, we believe in building genuine partnerships and delivering exceptional service through a culture of teamwork, integrity and excellence.
