The Opportunity Golden Wolf Landscape & Design is looking for an experienced Landscape Account Manager to take ownership of our recurring maintenance client relationships. Your primary responsibility is to make sure clients feel cared for, properties are proactively reviewed, concerns are addressed before they become problems, and opportunities to improve each property are identified and communicated. You will work closely with our Production Manager and Operations Coordinator while owning the relationship and long-term success of your assigned accounts. What You Will Own Client Relationships & Retention Serve as the primary relationship manager for assigned maintenance accounts. Conduct regular property walkthroughs and proactively communicate recommendations, concerns and upcoming needs. Build long-term trust with residential, commercial, HOA and property-management clients. Property Quality & Account Growth Evaluate properties for quality, horticultural needs and improvement opportunities. Identify, estimate and present landscape enhancement opportunities. Support renewals and help grow the long-term value and profitability of assigned accounts. Communication & Follow-Through Translate client expectations clearly to the production team. Track open client requests and ensure commitments are followed through to completion. Address concerns proactively rather than waiting for the client to escalate them. Compensation:

$65,000-$80,000 base salary, depending on experience, plus performance-based incentive opportunity.
