Unit New Luxury Residential Building Rental Luxury Experience Qualifications:
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong tenant relations skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) 1) resident quality of life and customer service 2) building operations and tenant relations 3) Outside Vendor Management Job Responsibilities Maintenance of Building 2) preparation of lease offers, 3) follow-up and negotiations, 5) lease signing and counter-signing.
