Your days will be spent leading a team of four: a Leasing Agent, a Maintenance Coordinator, a Resident Manager, and (through the Maintenance Coordinator) a Maintenance Tech, while making sure everything, from maintenance timelines to owner communication, happens on schedule and to standard. The Property Manager (PM) at Swiss Property Management Group is the one who turns our standards into daily reality. Think of it like running a five-star hotel: the concierge opens the door before the guest even arrives, the front desk remembers your name, and every small detail is handled before anyone has to ask. The PM builds and coaches a team that delivers that same experience to tenants, to owners, and to each other. Over time, the PM becomes the standard-bearer for what "the Swiss Property Management Group experience" actually feels like on the ground.

Responsibilities:

Lead and coach a team of leasing, maintenance, and resident management professionals toward their potential Ensure every task, including maintenance, leasing, and owner reporting, is completed within Swiss Property Management Group's timelines and SLAs Spot-check completed maintenance work to verify it's actually done right, not just marked "done" Own regular, transparent communication with property owners, building trust through results Build and manage property budgets, tracking performance against them month over month Support and train the Resident Manager Instill a five-star, hotel-level service standard across the team, the kind where details are noticed before anyone asks Manage up, sideways, and down : with the Operations Manager, with peers, and with your team Build and run new tenant-development partnerships , bringing in nonprofit and for-profit partners to offer resources and programming that help tenants grow, beyond just being renters Learn (and teach) Swiss Property Management Group's policies, procedures, and systems The right candidate will possess the following competencies: High energy, built for high-intensity work Organized and detail-oriented Empathetic, with a genuine service motivation Strong coach and trainer, able to grow team members toward their potential Comfortable managing a team across leasing, maintenance, and resident relations Management experience required.
