Salary is competitive and based on experience. ✨ What You'll Do Oversee the daily operations of residential properties Serve as the main point of contact for residents, vendors, and team members Ensure properties are well-maintained, occupied, and operating efficiently Manage tenant relations, lease enforcement, and conflict resolution with professionalism Coordinate maintenance, inspections, and property improvements Monitor budgets, expenses, and overall property performance Help create a positive, well-run community that residents are proud to call home ✨ What We're Looking For 5-7 years of experience in property management Experience in YARDI preferred Strong leadership and organizational skills Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Detail-oriented with a proactive, problem-solving mindset Professional, dependable, and team-oriented Must pass a criminal background check If you're experienced, driven, and excited to take the next step in your career with a growing company, we'd love to connect with you!
