Job Description

About us Arzon Development Co. is a small business in OK that operates multiple apartment complexes across the state. We are professional and agile strive to provide safe and sanitary housing for low-income families.

  • Oversee all aspects of the leasing process, from marketing and advertising to tenant screening and lease negotiations.
  • Conduct property tours for potential tenants and provide them with detailed information about the available units.
  • Respond to inquiries from prospective tenants and provide excellent customer service throughout the leasing process.
  • Maintain accurate records of all leasing activities, including rental applications, lease agreements, and move-in/move-out inspections.
  • Coordinate with maintenance staff to ensure that units are ready for move-in and address any maintenance issues promptly.
  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract new tenants and maximize occupancy rates.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with current tenants, addressing any concerns or issues in a timely manner.
  • Stay up-to-date on local market trends and competitor activity to make informed decisions regarding rental rates and promotions. ```Experience```
  • Experience in property leasing or a related field is a plus.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to effectively communicate with a diverse range of individuals.
  • Knowledge of property maintenance and facilities management practices.
  • Proven sales skills with the ability to close deals and negotiate lease terms.
  • Familiarity with office procedures and administrative tasks.
  • Understanding of relevant laws and regulations related to property leasing.
  • Experience using property management software such as OneSite or similar platforms is preferred.
  • Proficiency in computer skills, including MS Office Suite.
