Live-In Resident Manager — Adult Foster Home West Linn Summit Care | West Linn, Oregon $6,500-$7,000 per month

• Private living quarters and utilities included We're hiring an experienced caregiver with completed Oregon Ensuring Quality Care (EQC) training to become our live-in Resident Manager. Our priority is a manager qualified to care for Level 3 residents. We also welcome qualified Level 2 candidates who want to develop the experience and qualifications needed for Level 3 responsibilities. The role Provide compassionate, hands-on care for up to five residents. Oversee daily care routines, medication support, care documentation, and a safe, comfortable home. Coordinate with families, providers, case managers, and the care team. Maintain resident records and help ensure the home meets applicable Oregon requirements. Schedule Four caregiving days and one administrative day per week, with two days off from scheduled duties. This is a live-in position with private living quarters and utilities included. On-site presence is required overnight, with occasional assistance in emergencies. Qualifications At least three years of hands-on caregiving experience. Completed Oregon Ensuring Quality Care (EQC) coursework and passed the required exam. Experience in an Oregon Adult Foster Home or Washington Adult Family Home preferred. At least one year caring for Level 3 residents strongly preferred. References able to verify your caregiving experience and support Oregon resident-manager qualification requirements. Able to meet applicable Oregon resident-manager approval, training, and background-check requirements. Strong organization, documentation, communication, and leadership skills. Level 2 candidates who have completed EQC and are interested in progressing toward Level 3 are encouraged to apply. Resident Manager:

$6,500 per month. Level 3

Resident Manager:
