Location:

Chambersburg, PA (and other local properties)

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, daytime hours

Hours:

35 hours/week

Pay:

$16.00 - $17.50/hour, based on experience

Job Type:

Full-time (35 hours/week)

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist guests with professionalism and positivity
• Answer calls and questions regarding leasing, programs, etc.
• Accurately input and retrieve data using computer systems
• Assist Property Management team with applications, forms, resident issues, etc.
• Collaborate with team members to learn compliance, regulations, and all property management functions What We're Looking For
• A personable and professional demeanor
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills
• Good time management and attention to detail
• Competency with Microsoft Office
• Reliability, trustworthiness, flexibility, and leadership potential

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of clerical, administrative, leasing, or management experience OR
• A Bachelor's degree OR equivalent combination of training and experience Interested?
