We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Community Manager to oversee operations, sales, leasing, and maintenance for our thriving 270-site manufactured home community in Mercer, Pennsylvania. Compensation & Benefits Base Salary:

$45,000 - $55,000 (based on experience) Annual Performance Bonus Quarterly Bonus Opportunities Sales & Leasing Commissions Free Onsite Housing Paid Utilities Company Cell Phone Monthly Vehicle/Gas Allowance Long-Term Career Growth Opportunity What You'll Be Responsible For Managing all day-to-day community operations Lease-up activities, home sales, and resident retention Rent collections and delinquency management Supervising vendors, and contractors Oversee community appearance and curb appeal Resident relations and customer service Site inspections and work order management Overseeing contractor installation of new manufactured homes Ensuring compliance with company policies and housing regulations Maintenance Experience Required Candidates should be comfortable overseeing general maintenance staff, including: Possess the ability to assess issues, identify potential causes, and actively contribute to problem-solving throughout the community. Qualifications Manufactured housing and/or property management experience preferred Strong problem solving skills Strong sales, leasing, and customer service skills Leadership and supervisory experience Strong organizational and administrative abilities Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Rent Manager experience is a plus Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and auto insurance required Experience with Community Utility Facilities - A Plus Why Join Our Team?
