Job Description

The Regional Counseling Center is hiring a Psychiatric Rehabilitation Practitioner. This is a community based position helping people be successful and satisfied in the environment of their choice; Living, Learning, Working, Social, and Health and Wellness. This position requires a bachelor's degree. Some examples of duties that will need to be performed are,

Engagement, Developing a relationship and trust.
Assessing individuals, strengths, interests and preferences.
Goal setting
Helping increase community resources.
Teaching skills, supporting existing skills, and overcoming barriers to using skills.
Documentation deadlines and organization.

The RCC provides a continuum of services for all stages of life and employs individuals regardless of age, gender identity, race, religion, sex, sexual identity or nationality.
