Job Description

The Regional Counseling Center is hiring a Psychiatric Rehabilitation Practitioner. This is a community based position helping people be successful and satisfied in the environment of their choice; Living, Learning, Working, Social, and Health and Wellness. This position requires a bachelor's degree. Some examples of duties that will need to be performed are,
  • Engagement, Developing a relationship and trust.
  • Assessing individuals, strengths, interests and preferences.
  • Goal setting
  • Helping increase community resources.
  • Teaching skills, supporting existing skills, and overcoming barriers to using skills.
  • Documentation deadlines and organization.
