Primary Job Duties:

As a Residential Program Coordinator/DSP Supervisor at Success Rehabilitation Inc., you will play a crucial role in supporting our clients.

Your responsibilities will include:

Supporting each resident toward the achievement of active treatment goals Assisting residents in maintaining a safe, comfortable, home-like environment Helping clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including transfers, bathing, dressing, toileting, personal hygiene, grooming, etc. Functioning as Team Leader and/or Unit Leader Providing assistance to residential managers and nursing teams Implementing behavioral plans and ensuring documentation is completed Performing all other duties as assigned

Job Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you should have: Good verbal and written communication skills Strong organization and leadership skills Demonstrated ability to establish rapport with other staff and clients Associate degree or bachelor's degree in a field related to Human Services preferred Annual Certification (preferred) or Success Brain Injury Certificate program, both of which include 10 hours of brain injury education per year Valid driver's license Be at least 18 years old Physical ability to walk, stand, stoop, sit, kneel, bend, push, and pull Capability to lift 50 lbs. without assistance Weekend availability Punctuality, responsibility, and ability to work independently Ability to problem solve with a team-oriented mindset At least 1 year of experience in a Rehabilitation facility At least 1 year of experience in supervisory role How to
