Commercial Property Manager About the

Job:

Our firm is a full service, real estate services organization that provides commercial brokerage, property management and consulting services to institutional and entrepreneurial owners of local and multi-market properties. This position will be responsible for managing a portfolio of commercial, medical, and office properties located in the Philadelphia Suburban and surrounding markets based from our Wayne, PA corporate office. The qualified candidate will work closely with Ownership, Vendors and support staff to coordinate, schedule and oversee the necessary tasks to maintain diligent management at all properties.

Responsibilities include:

Oversee daily operations of assigned properties to ensure they are safe, well-maintained, and operating efficiently Build and maintain strong tenant relationships by addressing concerns promptly and professionally Oversight of building and operating systems Communicate regularly to ownership Financial accounting to include preparing budgets, variance reports, operating expense reconciliations, and capital budgets Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable support Lease administration Coordinate assigned maintenance technician at property locations Review and manage work order system for designated properties Conduct fire, life safety and emergency procedures as needed Requirements include: 5 or more years of experience in commercial property management College degree preferred PA Real Estate License required or ability to attain within 6 months of accepting position

$75,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
