Killer Team :

Mentor and develop top-talent residential service technicians. You aren't just managing heads—you are building a high-performing unit where technicians grow their careers and double down on craftsmanship. Drive Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Take full ownership of department revenue, average ticket size, conversion rates, customer satisfaction scores (CSAT), and labor efficiency. You know the numbers inside and out and use them to coach daily.

Elevate Customer Satisfaction:

Ensure every client receives 5-star service. Handle high-level customer escalations with empathy and professional authority, turning tough situations into lifelong brand loyalty.

Lead Daily Operations:

Run energizing daily and weekly team meetings. Conduct ride alongs with techs to coach sales skills and job site ethics. What We Are Looking For Residential Service Plumbing Experience!!! Not new construction, Not commercial!!

Proven Metric Track Record :

Demonstrated record of managing departmental budgets, tracking daily, monthly KPI's.

Master Educator & Coach :

Ability to teach service communication, value based selling, advance technical skills.

Pay:

$110,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
