Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Supervisor for Adult Residential Services to oversee daily operations within our residential care facilities. The Site Supervisor is responsible for onsite supervision of Direct Support Professionals (DSP), in collaboration with the Program Manager. This includes providing program-specific training to new employees, ensuring agency policies, procedures, and core values are upheld and individuals supported live valued and high-quality lives. Site Supervisors are responsible for maintaining environmental, vehicle maintenance, safety and emergency preparedness and ensuring household needs are met. In addition, it is essential that Site Supervisors are actively promoting community integration and person-centered direct support.
