Job Summary Silver Leaf Property Management is seeking an accomplished Regional Property Manager to provide strategic leadership for a growing residential portfolio of approximately 630+ apartment units throughout South Dakota. This executive leadership position is responsible for translating company strategy into operational excellence while developing high-performing teams, protecting assets, maximizing resident satisfaction, and driving financial performance. The Regional Property Manager serves as a key member of the leadership team and partners closely with the company owner to support the company's continued growth. Responsibilities Provide leadership, coaching, accountability, and performance management for Property Managers in Fargo and Grand Forks. Directly oversee the Lead Maintenance Director to ensure timely maintenance, preventative maintenance planning, vendor performance, and capital project execution. Oversee all security deposit administration to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with North Dakota law. Monitor occupancy, leasing performance, turnover, resident retention, budgets, and property performance. Conduct routine site visits and property inspections to maintain Silver Leaf quality standards. Recruit, mentor, develop, and retain exceptional team members. Partner with leadership on capital planning, and operational improvements. Resolve escalated resident and operational issues while maintaining outstanding customer service. Ensure compliance with Fair Housing, landlord-tenant regulations, and company policies. Compensation & Benefits Expected Salary Range:

Qualifications Five or more years of progressive residential property management experience. Multi-site leadership experience preferred. Experience supervising property management and maintenance teams. Strong financial, organizational, communication, and conflict resolution skills.

Pay:

$60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
