This vital role involves managing daily house activities, supporting residents on their journey to sobriety and mental wellness, and ensuring a safe, nurturing environment. Responsibilities Supervise daily house operations, ensuring adherence to program policies and safety protocols Provide leadership and support to residents, encouraging positive behavioral health and recovery progress Conduct intake assessments, develop individualized care plans, and coordinate case management services Monitor resident activities, enforce rules, and manage conflict resolution using de-escalation techniques Maintain resident confidentiality while documenting progress through detailed reports and data collection Facilitate communication with residents' families, social workers, and community partners to support holistic care Ensure safety through manual handling, first aid, CPR certification, and security procedures at all times Skills Proven supervising experience in residential or social service settings Knowledge of addiction counseling, behavioral health, and mental health support strategies Strong conflict management and crisis intervention skills for high-risk populations Experience working with individuals experiencing homelessness or from underserved communities Excellent communication and writing skills for documentation, client communication, and reporting Ability to work effectively with culturally diverse communities and populations Proficiency in Microsoft Office for data entry, filing, and record keeping Familiarity with medication administration, intake procedures, and home & community care practices Skills in de-escalation techniques, behavioral management, case management, and client advocacy Valid certifications including First Aid, CPR, manual handling training, and security credentials are preferred.
