Job Description

Duties:
  • Oversee the daily operations of the community, ensuring smooth functioning and resident satisfaction.
  • Manage and supervise community staff, including leasing consultants, maintenance technicians, and administrative personnel.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new residents and maintain high occupancy rates.
  • Conduct property tours and showcase available units to prospective residents.
  • Handle resident inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Coordinate with maintenance team to ensure prompt resolution of maintenance issues and property upkeep.
  • Utilize Onesite management software to manage resident information, leases, and financials.
  • Implement effective customer relationship management strategies to enhance resident retention and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with vendors and contractors for property maintenance and repairs.
  • Prepare and negotiate lease agreements, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in property management or real estate administration is preferred.
  • Proficient in using Onesite.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with excellent phone etiquette.
  • Ability to upsell additional services or amenities to prospective residents.
  • Knowledge of property maintenance best practices and ability to coordinate repairs.
  • Strong negotiation skills for contract management with vendors and contractors.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite for administrative tasks.
