Live-in/On-Site Property Manager for a fully occupied, renovated 70-unit community in Murray.

Timeline:

Expected to move in October, 2026 Compensation is free rent of a large, quality 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment on site. Move-in and renewal bonuses are also available. This is a stable property. Occupancy and collections typically stay above 98%. A manager who keeps it there usually works about 20 hours a week, from their unit, with support from a regional manager and ownership. What you'll do

• Collect and apply rent
• Renew leases and turn/lease any vacancy quickly
• Help residents with rental assistance
• Enter work orders and coordinate vendors and maintenance
• Enter vendor and utility invoices and approve timecards
• Handle special projects and day-to-day resident questions Qualifications
• Move in to the Manager Unit on
• site and be able to answer phones from 9-5. Preference is to be hands on and physically on-site from 9-5 as well
• Apartment community management experience preferred
• Comfortable with bookkeeping, residents, and a small maintenance/vendor team
• Driver's license preferred
