Job Description
Management Services Corporation (MSC), one of The Caton Companies, is one of Virginia's leading property management companies. We are seeking full time Summer Property Management Interns for 2027. Our Internship Program allows students to gain hands-on experience in all aspects of property management, including leasing, marketing, property management, and maintenance.
Exposure to a variety of situations and conditions normally experienced on the job.
A setting in which the faculty and employer may evaluate the student's academic preparation and their ability to handle professional responsibilities.
An opportunity for the student to develop and evaluate their career path in the property management industry.
Opportunities for involvement in marketing, management, and maintenance by actively participating in daily operations, special projects, and staff meetings.
