WHAT DO YOU NEED?
3+ years of residential remodeling or construction experience 1+ years of experience supervising field crews or subcontractors Knowledge of residential remodeling scopes (kitchens, baths, home additions, etc.) Professional communication skills for leading crews and speaking with homeowners Organizational and time management skills for managing multiple jobs and deadlines Comfort using digital project management and communication tools Ability to work on active job sites, climb stairs/ladders, and stand/walk throughout the day Valid driver's license and the ability to travel throughout Northern Virginia Growth-oriented mindset and motivation to drive process improvements while upholding a collaborative, respectful environment Our ideal Field Supervisor is bilingual in English/Spanish, but it's not required.
WHAT WILL YOU DO AS OUR FIELD SUPERVISOR?
Standard work hours are 8:00 am - 4:00 pm, Monday - Friday , with some flexibility based on residential remodeling project needs. Overtime is available. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll oversee residential remodeling and construction operations to make sure all work meets established timelines, client expectations, and company quality standards. You'll manage multiple projects simultaneously, performing daily and weekly site visits to check over the crews' work, keeping all projects on schedule and within budget. You'll manage in-house crews and subcontractors, delegate work efficiently, and coordinate timely material/tool deliveries to make sure workers aren't waiting for supplies. Throughout each project, you'll stay in touch with the homeowners to keep them updated on progress and support a positive, transparent client experience. If any problems come up, you'll take care of the issue and escalate to the project manager if needed. You'll maintain accurate job documentation/photos, ensure crew members follow all safety procedures, and proactively identify and avoid issues when possible. Above all, you'll lead with empathy, accountability, and professionalism to help deliver outstanding results.
