Position:

We're looking for a motivated and dependable Team Lead to join our cleaning company! This role involves cleaning both residential homes and commercial offices while maintaining a high standard of quality and professionalism. As a Team Lead, you'll manage your own schedule, ensure client satisfaction, and set the standard for excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform detailed cleaning for residential and commercial properties Lead by example to ensure top-quality work and customer satisfaction Manage time and tasks efficiently with minimal supervision Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and team members Maintain equipment and supplies in good condition Typical hours are between 3PM - 11PM with flexibility.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in residential or commercial cleaning preferred Strong work ethic and attention to detail Reliable transportation and valid driver's license Ability to work independently and take initiative Positive attitude and strong leadership skills

Compensation:
