Property and Asset Manager The Rutland Housing Authority is seeking a Property Manager to provide strategic management of a housing portfolio that includes LIHTC, Section 8, HTF and NSP housing units. Duties include overseeing lease ups, unit turnovers, lease and program compliance, budgeting, record keeping, safety, procurement,capital needs, planning and assisting with the development and implementation of relevant policies and procedures so as to ensure compliance for a portfolio of 88 rental units. The RHA offers a competitive salary commensurate with experience, a generous benefit package and a dynamic, supportive work environment. $2000.00 sign on bonus for applicants with LIHTC, Section 8 and/or HTF experience.
