Part-time | Hiring Immediately About the role: We're seeking a friendly, organized Community Manager to support resident relations and daily apartment community operations. Property management experience is preferred, but candidates with strong customer service backgrounds and transferable skills are encouraged to apply. What you'll do: Greet and support residents; respond to calls, emails, and walk-ins Provide excellent customer service and build positive resident relationships Conduct property tours for prospective residents and explain community features Assist with leasing: applications, screening, move-ins, and lease renewals Prepare, organize, and maintain leasing and resident files Coordinate and track maintenance requests and vendor work Assist with rent collection, late notices, and basic billing questions Help with community compliance, notices, and policy communication Support basic marketing efforts (online listings, flyers, curb appeal) Perform regular property walk-throughs/inspections of common areas Assist with resident communication, events, and community engagement Complete general office tasks and maintain a professional, welcoming office environment What we're looking for: Strong customer service mindset and clear, friendly communication Good organization, time management, and attention to detail Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills Basic computer skills (email, spreadsheets, property management/CRM systems a plus) Backgrounds in hospitality, retail, call centers, or front desk are very helpful Benefits (for part-time team members working 20-29 hours/week, once permanent): 4 hours of pay for company-observed holidays Paid time off accrual How to apply: Please submit your resume EEO (Equal Employment Opportunity) #
