seeks an Occupancy Specialist/Property Manager to support safe, affordable housing for vulnerable residents. In this role you'll manage day-to-day operations of healthcare-related and supportive housing, ensure compliance with HUD, LIHTC, and other program rules, process applications and recertifications, calculate rent, and maintain accurate resident files. You'll coordinate move-ins and move-outs, address resident concerns, oversee vendors, support inspections, and partner with service teams to promote housing stability, dignity, and community for residents in a mission-driven, faith-inspired environment. Responsibilities Manage day-to-day operations of affordable/supportive housing properties Process applications, certifications, and recertifications Ensure full compliance with HUD, LIHTC, and program rules Calculate rent and determine resident eligibility Maintain accurate, audit-ready tenant files Oversee leasing, move-ins, and move-outs Respond to resident concerns and promote housing stability Coordinate inspections, maintenance, and vendor work Collaborate with service and healthcare teams on resident support Prepare occupancy, compliance, and financial reports Required Skills Property management Affordable housing compliance HUD regulations LIHTC compliance Rent calculation Yardi or similar property software Tenant screening Lease administration File auditing Fair housing laws
