Our sober living homes give clients a safe, structured place to rebuild their lives, and the people who run them are the reason that works. The Role The Housing Program Manager is the connection point between our Housing Supervisors and front-line staff who keep our homes running every day. This role asks for two strengths at once. You need the operational discipline to keep multiple homes compliant, documented, staffed, and safe. You also need the patience and empathy to develop a growing team and to show up well for clients who are often in the most vulnerable season of their lives. If you're the kind of leader who can audit a stack of shift notes in the morning, coach a new tech through a hard conversation in the afternoon, and know when an issue needs to go up the chain, we want to talk to you. What You'll Do Lead and develop the team Supervise, train, and support Housing Supervisors and front-line housing staff, keeping communication open and consistent. Recruit, hire, and onboard new sober living employees in line with company policy and procedure. Review daily timecards and approve bi-weekly payroll. Run the homes Oversee day-to-day operations across all NorthSight sober living homes, including staffing, scheduling, maintenance, and client relations. Resolve daily program issues and use sound judgment to escalate when needed. Transport clients to appointments, government agencies, and medical or behavioral health facilities, if needed. Keep us compliant and safe Ensure operational procedures and compliance standards are followed at every home. Audit documentation daily, including shift notes, group notes, and end-of-shift reports. Maintain routine logs and checklists (vehicle, maintenance, equipment calibration, and others). Plan, run, and document required emergency drills. Update and implement the Client Handbook and Housing Tech Handbook. What You Bring High school diploma or GED. At least 12 months of experience in substance use treatment or a behavioral health-related field. At least 21 years of age. Ability to complete all required documentation according to company policy and state criteria. A steady, organized approach to competing priorities, and a genuine care for people in recovery. Preferred Clean driving record. Supervisory or team-lead experience in a residential or recovery housing setting. Why NorthSight NorthSight Recovery is an equal opportunity employer. We welcome applicants of all backgrounds, including people with lived experience in recovery.
