•Gaming & Media Seeking a senior Finance leader with 10+ years of gaming industry experience to lead FP&A and financial strategy for a growing gaming and media organization.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. 10+ years of gaming industry finance/FP&A experience required . Strong leadership, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Experience with complex financial analysis, negotiations, and executive-level decision support. MBA or CPA preferred.

Responsibilities:

Lead budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and financial modeling. Evaluate game development, acquisition, and project investment opportunities. Own monthly financial reporting, P&L analysis, variance analysis, and executive reporting. Partner with senior leadership on business strategy, financial decisions, and project cost management. Develop financial models to assess project economics, profitability, ROI, cash flow, and risks. Partner with corporate finance, controllership, development, marketing, and other cross-functional teams. Support implementation and optimization of

ERP/FP&A

systems, preferably Ora_cle.
