One year of administrative experience is required. Additional administrative experience may substitute for the required college education on a year for year basis. Recruitment Notes This position performs highly specialized administrative functions within Fire Rescue Central Records Search System. The incumbent oversees critical components of the incident search data platform, ensuring the accurate scanning, indexing, and management of documents associated with public records requests and confidential medical and fire incident reports, in full compliance with Records Management protocols and HIPAA privacy regulations. The role requires cross-functional coordination across the Bureau, supporting operational areas such as customer service, document processing, data integrity, scanning, indexing, and enterprise-level records administration. The incumbent will also serve as a custodian of records for all judicial proceedings, including court trials and depositions, and is responsible for ensuring the secure, timely, and legally compliant handling of all evidentiary and official documentation.
