Join Our Team as a Campus Residential Director (CRD) Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities? Are you a strong leader who thrives in a mission-driven environment? We are looking for a dedicated and dynamic Campus Residential Director (CRD) to oversee and support the daily operations of our ICF/ID residential homes—and help lead a team that truly changes lives.

As the CRD, you'll play a vital leadership role in ensuring high-quality, person-centered care for our individuals served. You'll manage day-to-day operations, guide and support staff, and ensure compliance with all regulatory standards. New Hope Key Responsibilities:
Champion our mission, values, ethics, and commitment to care in all aspects of your work. Ensure homes consistently meet ICF/ID regulatory standards . Lead the daily operations across multiple residential sites. Hire, train, and retain high-performing, compassionate staff . Partner with the leadership team to deliver exceptional programs and services . Monitor budgets and contribute to financial sustainability . Drive continuous performance improvement and innovation in care delivery.
What We're Looking For:
Experience:
Preferred:
2+ years in a supervisory role and experience supporting individuals with intellectual disabilities.
Preferred:
Leadership experience within an ICF/ID or long-term care program.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong leadership and organizational skills Ability to manage and mentor staff across 24/7 services Clear, compassionate communicator and decision-maker Knowledge of budget management, compliance, and care best practices Deep understanding of the needs and strengths of people with developmental disabilities
Additional Requirements:
Valid driver's license and insurable driving record Ability to travel between sites as needed Must achieve trainer certification in Safety Cares within 2 years of hire Make a lasting impact.
