BP PS PIT YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The primary responsibilities of this role, Finance Business Partner Product Supply, Pittsburgh are to: Responsible for all finance relevant aspects of Product Supply operations in Pittsburgh to steer the organization towards financial commitments. Support information flow to the respective Finance BP's supporting PS Capability Clusters, Product Teams and the P&L and Cash Flow Steering group. Serve as a Finance Business Partner to the local plant / capability cluster leads and the VSL / product team community in Pittsburgh, influencing decision making through data driven analytics and strategic resource allocation; Lead the financial steering of local PS operations in Pittsburgh towards financial commitments, ensuring robust oversight and strategic alignment; Manage cost and resource planning, forecasting and actuals analysis for Pittsburgh PS operations serving capability cluster and product view; Support finance specific projects, e.g. restructurings, make-or-buy assessments, launches, transfers etc. and support CapEx investment projects; Collaborate closely with Product Team and Capability Cluster Finance Business Partners to achieve shared financial goals.

WHO YOU ARE

Bayer seeks an incumbent who possesses the following:

Required Qualifications:

Experience in PS Finance advantageous; Apply VACC leadership behaviors and approach, demonstrating high self-awareness as well as system awareness; Advanced

ERP / BI

knowledge and excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; Advanced decision-making skills and ability to influence Agility and flexibility to adapt plans in a volatile and fast moving environment; Courage and diplomacy to balance financial and PS interests Excellent communication skills and experience in people management; Fluent in English..

Preferred Qualifications:

Minimum of 7 years of progressively responsible experience in finance, accounting, controlling or similar fields; MBA or equivalent university degree; Fluent is German is a plus. Employees can expect to be paid a salary between $108,160 to $162,240. Additional compensation may include a bonus or commission (if relevant). Additional benefits include health care, vision, dental, retirement, PTO, sick leave, etc.. This salary range is merely an estimate and may vary based on an applicant's location, market data/ranges, an applicant's skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications, and other relevant factors.
