Job Description

Baytown Housing Authority (BHA) is seeking a highly qualified individual to fill the position of On-Site Manager . The position will be open until filled. The On-Site Manager is responsible for the daily operations, including leasing, resident relations, rent collection, occupancy, compliance, maintenance coordination, and ensuring adherence to Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) program requirements. Qualified applicants should have property management experience; LIHTC experience is preferred. Strong organizational, customer service, and computer skills are required.

Salary:

Starting at $36,500, based on qualifications and experience.
