Essential Functions:

Support in all commercial discussions with suppliers that collaborate with MBUSI General support in activities related to purchasing department, including future sourcing projects and cross functional meeting coordination Verify data accuracy from suppliers for the processing of claims; Provide appropiate feedback to suppliers Analyze supplier claims and help plausibilize costs (under general supervision) Organize and support team meetings and communications Lead responsibility from purchasing department for managing waste reduction project; Work cross functionally across MBUSI to implement and scale process

Other Regular Daily Tasks:

Preparation of reports and presentations for management Participate in various negotiations with suppliers Support in other purchasing tasks Qualifikationen Create tracking systems for AGV monitoring - try to improve the Visual Management System of the Autotated Guided Vehicle(AGV's).Education, Experience and Necessary Skills all must be met in order to qualify for position.

Education:

Student in: Finance/Controlling, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or in a related area, and/or the equivalent combination of education and experience.

Skills:

Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, OneNote) PowerBi Project management experience Preferred knowledge of AM Supply Cost Engineering Team work and collaboration
