Sourcing & Procurement Support:

Assist purchasing leadership by obtaining supplier quotes, comparing material pricing, and tracking lead times to support custom production schedules.

Vendor Management & Documentation:

Coordinate directly with suppliers to collect technical spec sheets, compliance certifications, and maintain up-to-date vendor contact and pricing records.

Systems & Data Integrity:

Input and verify material specifications and order details in Our Client's ERP software, ensuring zero-error accuracy prior to purchase order release.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Partner closely with Estimating, Project Management, and Production teams to communicate sourcing progress and ensure material readiness.

Reporting & Compliance:

Maintain comprehensive purchasing logs and generate weekly status reports to ensure full alignment with Our Client's quality assurance standards.
