We're an established women's apparel showroom seeking a dependable, organized assistant to support our sales team and keep daily showroom operations running smoothly. This is a varied, hands-on role involving samples, orders, buyer appointments, and showroom organization. Responsibilities Keep the showroom clean, organized, and beautifully presented. Refresh and prepare the showroom before buyer appointments. Maintain sample logs and track samples sent out and returned. Organize samples on order bars and keep them current. Prepare order recaps with product photos and purchase order recaps. Update and maintain information in NuORDER. Assist with selling and buyer appointments. Coordinate lunches for appointments and meetings. Keep cabinets, drawers, and supplies organized; monitor supplies and replenish as needed. Help with other day-to-day showroom needs. What we're looking for Strong organization, accuracy, and follow-through. A friendly, professional manner and clear communication. Someone who notices what needs doing and takes initiative. Comfort balancing administrative work with hands-on showroom tasks. Wholesale apparel or showroom experience preferred. NuORDER experience a plus.
