This is a fast-paced, detail-driven position for someone who likes closing loops and catching problems before they become late orders.

Key Responsibilities Track vendor shipments:

Monitor incoming and outgoing products and ensure stock levels are accurately maintained. Collaborate with

Procurement:

Monitor demand trends and backorders in real time to request purchases.

Identify and resolve issues:

Catch discrepancies such as damaged goods or counts that don't add up, and resolve them promptly with Purchasing. Manage purchase orders and vendor relationships: Prepare POs, move them through approval, and serve as day-to-day contact with vendors for confirmations and order status. In addition to sourcing new vendors Support material costing: Assist with updating and analyzing the costing of materials.

Onboarding new vendors:

Coordinate vendor setup, collect required documentation, establish pricing and ordering processes.

Monitoring staff bottlenecks:

Identify delays, help with material shortages, and provide efforts to keep work moving efficiently.
