In this role, you'll support the buying team with administrative tasks, order tracking, reporting, and data analysis to help inform inventory decisions and future buys. Reporting to the VP of Buying, you'll play an important role in supporting the division's buying function, with a strong focus on data processing, organization, and analysis. The ideal candidate is highly organized, accurate, comfortable working with large data sets, and advanced in Excel.

What You'll Be Doing:

\nCollect, organize, and assess internal and external data for analysis.\nSupport the buying team by pulling reports, including sell-through, inventory management, open PO, and sales history reports.\nResearch, organize, and tag product information.\nIssue, review, and manage purchase orders and supplier order confirmations.\nMaintain accurate purchase order details in the ERP system, including cost, style codes, shipping windows, images, and product descriptions.\nPartner cross-functionally with the logistics team to maintain shipping details and track product deliveries.\nConduct competitive research on pricing, MSRP, imagery, and product information.\nProvide general administrative support to the sales and buying teams as needed.\n
