Chase Staffing is currently seeking a

Purchasing Assistant Schedule:

Monday-Friday 8:00AM-5:00

PM Pay Range:

$18-20/hr (Based on Experience)

Responsibilities:

Run daily demand reports and create purchase orders for raw materials. Place weekly orders with approved vendors and follow up on order confirmations. Track and communicate late deliveries, vendor shortages, and raw material delays. Support the Procurement Manager with purchasing-related tasks as needed. Prepare, organize, and distribute weekly work orders for Warehouse and Production departments. Print daily labor applications, close work orders, and verify materials have been issued. Maintain RMR/RST spreadsheets and file completed work orders and warehouse documentation. Provide front desk coverage 2-3 days per week, including greeting visitors and answering phones. Perform other administrative and operational duties as assigned.

Requirements:
