Robert Half is partnering with a well-established manufacturing organization to hire a Purchasing Assistant. This role plays a key part in supporting purchasing, inventory accuracy, and daily supply chain operations. What You'll DoProcess purchase orders, vendor invoices, and incoming material receiptsMonitor and follow up on open purchase orders to ensure timely deliveryReconcile purchasing documentation and assist with invoice discrepanciesManage invoices through a shared department inboxPartner with plant and operations teams to resolve receiving and material issuesGenerate reports within the ERP systemMaintain pricing and inventory-related data using ExcelAssist with inventory reporting, valuation, and record accuracyParticipate in physical inventory counts and cycle count activitiesSupport day-to-day purchasing and supply chain administrative functionsWhy This Role?
