General Position Description:

Full-time position, hourly wage. Reports to Management team Must have ability to self-motivate and manage time efficiently

Essential Job Functions:

Responsible for rotation of stock using FIFO. Ensures all products are handled and stored according to sanitation guidelines Checks to see that product pricing, weight and quantity of items co-inside with the order invoice Monitors temperature of refrigerators / freezers Cleans all stockrooms and organizes items according to inventory sheets Maintains cleanliness of receiving area Informs Executive Chef and/or other management of shortages or substitutions in receivable goods Assembles equipment, dry goods and food items on pick sheets and contracts for special functions Delivers Commissary orders Assists and supervises dishwashers in daily chores Completes any assigned task given by

Management Team Qualifications:

Must have a high school diploma or equivalent with 1 year related experience. Must have valid

Driver's License Pay:

$19.00 - $23.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
