ProspectBlue is seeking a Purchasing Assistant in Richmond, VA!!

Key Responsibilities:

Issue Purchase Orders for materials according to contract estimate Schedules and tracks deliveries to job sites per project schedule Deliver inventory pull sheets to Yard Foreman Keys inventory movements Maintains inventory counts in Acumatica software General office duties including answering phones and filing Communicate effectively with third party vendor via verbal and written communication Communicate effectively with Project Managers via verbal and written communication Strong commitment to building lasting client relationships that drive repeat business Qualifications: Two years' experience in purchasing or inventory management (required) Two years' experience in construction industry (required) Excellent communication skills Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (required) Basic computer skills (required) Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to multitask and work independently Ability to think critically and problem solve Prior experience in an administrative role (preferred) Experience in Acumatica (preferred)
